1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the PhotoSelector website, Studio Dashboard, API, or any associated tools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
PhotoSelector provides a suite of tools for photographers and their clients, including:
- Photo Selection & Culling: Local-first tools for sorting large photo libraries.
- Studio Dashboard: CRM, event management, and lead tracking for photographers.
- Guest Cam: Tools for collecting guest photos and facilitating event engagement (e.g., QR codes, selfie uploads).
- Client Galleries: Hosting and sharing of selected images.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
4. Pricing, Subscriptions & Refunds
A. Subscriptions & Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).
B. Refund Policy
All Sales Are Generally Final.
Because PhotoSelector offers immediate access to digital goods and software services, we do not typically offer refunds for one-time purchases (e.g., Credit Packs) or Subscription fees once paid.
Case-by-Case Exceptions: We reserve the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Exceptional circumstances may include instances such as:
- Proven technical error or double-charging by our payment processor.
- Service unavailability for an extended period preventing core usage.
To request a review, contact support@miniee.com within 7 days of the transaction.
C. Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account management page. Upon cancellation, your Subscription will continue until the end of your current billing period.
5. Content & Conduct
You retain ownership of all photos and data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services to you and your clients.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and share all content you upload to PhotoSelector.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PhotoSelector shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
