Refund Policy

At PhotoSelector, we strive to provide the best possible experience for photographers and couples. However, due to the digital nature of our products, our refund policy is as follows:

General Rule: All Sales Are Final

Because PhotoSelector provides immediate access to digital tools, software features, and server resources (such as storage and AI processing), we generally do not offer refunds for one-time purchases (e.g., Credit Packs) or Subscription fees once payment is confirmed.

Case-by-Case Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances happen. We reserve the right to review and grant refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Situations where we may consider a refund include:

  • **Technical Failures:** If a critical failure in our system prevented you from using the paid feature entirely, and our support team could not resolve it.
  • **Billing Errors:** If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction.

Note: "Change of mind" or "unused credits" are not typically valid grounds for a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions (Studio Plans)

You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time via your Studio Settings.

  • Effect of Cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
  • No Pro-Rated Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining time in your current billing cycle upon cancellation.

One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases like Credit Packs or Event Unlocks, cancellation does not apply as these are instant, non-recurring transactions.

Requesting a Review

If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact us within **7 days** of the transaction.
